The Trump campaign is leveraging the killing of Qasem Soleimani in fundraising emails, according to multiple media reports. 

“Thanks to the swift actions of our Commander-in-Chief, Iranian terrorist Qassem Soleimani is no longer a threat to the United States, or to the world,” says the email sent on Monday.

It adds: “Finally, we have a President who will do whatever it takes to protect America at home and abroad. Iran’s Terrorist-in-Chief was responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands, including hundreds of Americans in Iraq. He should have been taken out long ago.”

The subject line is “ANOTHER dead terrorist.

The email also states that “Soleimani was a monster responsible for THOUSANDS of American deaths, and the world is a better place without him in it,” the campaign email read, with a subject line that declared, “ANOTHER dead terrorist.”

The Trump campaign also launched a Facebook ad blitz exploiting the killing on Tuesday.
