Intema Solutions Inc., provider of the eFlyerMaker.com, has hired Hybrid Financial Ltd. to broaden the Intema profile among potential investors, the firm announced on Wednesday.

Montreal-based Intema will pay Hybrid $18,000 per month for an initial term of six months. In addition, Hybrid has agreed to purchase common shares if Intema issues them. 

Intema hopes to “convey our story to a vast investment network across North America,” states Laurent Benezra, president and CEO of Intema.

Benezra adds: “We believe that the time is right to engage with current and prospective investors about Intema’s business activities and expansion plans,”

Intema specializes in permission-based email marketing offering a digital marketing platform and other services. The eFlyerMaker.com email platform. facilitates compliance and content creation.

The company recently added an automation feature to eFlyerMaker.com.

This feature is designed to help help marketers “save time and increase their ROI by automating the creation audience segments of welcome emails, drip marketing campaigns,” and other campaigns, stated Sébastien Plourde, chief technology officer, Intema.

Benezra was named as CEO last year, replacing Roger Plourde.

At that time, Benezra said the firm hopes to showcase its “eflyermaker.com email marketing, matcheranalytics.com AI predictive marketing and SMS marketing products and services to further expand our business nationally and internationally.”
