'Time For Kids' Launches New Language Editions, Expands Access

For the first time in 25 years, Time for Kids will be available in languages other than English. The move comes as the title launches a global initiative, offering the title first in Spanish.

More language editions will be announced in the coming weeks.

Time for Kids in Spanish is sponsored by HP and available for free via the title’s digital library.

"With more than 1 billion students currently away from their classrooms, the need to connect them with educational content has never been greater," said Michele Malejki, global head of sSustainability and social impact programs, HP. "At HP, we believe education is a fundamental human right, and that we must do all we can to improve learning outcomes.”

The digital library was also a first for the title when it launched in March — a way to support parents in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Time for Kids’ digital library provides free access to each week’s new edition, other issues from 2020 and educational resources and activities.
