The creative, developed with R&R
Partners, opens with a darkened Strip before a man physically pulls a lever to restart electricity throughout the city, including the array of neon signs, water fountains and hotels along the world
famous strip.
The wordless 30-second spot ends with the neon-colored words, Now Open.
