Email management company cloudHQ has launched a product to help firms conduct surveys within Gmail.

The new service, Gmail Free Online Polls & Surveys, provides a “simple way to embed free online polls and survey,” as an engagement device, states CEO Senad Dizdar. 

Gmail Free Online Polls & Surveys by cloudHQ is free to all Gmail users, the company says. 

cloudHQ, which serves small- to medium-sized businesses, claims to have over 70 free email management Chrome extensions. 

Dizdar claims that firms can achieve a 32% increase in response when polls are embedded in emails.

“Polls are fun, they're interactive, and most importantly, they let customers know they matter,” Dizdar adds.
