ActivePipe, a firm that offers an email marketing solution for real estate companies, has rolled out a feature that provides agents and clients with property matches ranked by relevance.
The new product, Smart Match, curates emails catering to what recipients want in a home, the company says.
To get started, users build an email template. ActivePipe then analyzes individual contacts based on prior email interactions, preferences and survey results. The data is then used to build a profile. Emails are sent when the most appropriate listings are filled in for each contact.
Smart Match also provides details about the client base that would require extensive research to find.
In addition, the company has launched Campaign Report notifications that inform users about who is interacting with content in real time.
ActivePipe is also offering a feature that displays users’ technology integrations.
“As we are experiencing COVID-19 together, we saw a dramatic increase in email sends and interactions during SIP orders, but this was seemingly contradictory because home sales nearly fell flat during this time,” states Mike Feller, chief revenue officer at ActivePipe.
Feller adds that “what we’ve found time and again is that engagement and interaction lead to more transactions. Period.”
