Twilio has named Michelle Grover its first chief information officer.
Grover will lead the effort to enhance the company’s technology systems and processes, reporting to chief
product officer Chee Chew.
Previously, Grover served as senior vice president of software development at SAP Concur. There, she led a global team of engineers that worked on TripIt and the
Concur mobile app.
In addition, Grover is on the advisory board of Techtonica, a nonprofit that helps bring women and non-binary people into the technology industry.
Grover plans
to build “Twilio’s internal processes to better position the company to take on the enterprise market at large,” she states.
