With the pandemic putting a halt to The One Club for Creativity’s in-person multi-city intern & creative networking events, the group is pivoting to an online program first piloted this summer.
The virtual program will pair aspiring creatives with mentors at One Club member agencies for six weeks to complete a brief-focused program. Additionally, participants will receive career advice, portfolio reviews from multiple guest speakers and recruiters and learn how to pitch.
The time commitment is around one hour a week with about 4-5 additional hours working outside of the meeting.
Registration for the fall program closes September 25 with sessions running October 12-November 20. Eligible students must either be individual members of the One Club or past winners of the club’s Young Ones Student Awards. International students are encouraged to apply, though space is limited.
In addition to the One Club’s call for student participants, the group is seeking agency mentors. Those interested in participating in the program are encouraged to email Justin Epstein at justin@oneclub.org.
