PoliteMail has rolled out a new version of its internal communication measurement software.  

The new features are designed to identify and correct gaps in internal communication, states Michael DesRochers, managing partner of PoliteMail. 

According to the company, the new capabilities include:

• Improved feedback survey options for better employee engagement
• Updated mobile responsiveness to correspond with recent Outlook for iOS update version 4.45.0
• Editing options for preheader text in emails
• Greater support for Chinese-language messages
• Expanded single sign-on (SSO) support for user authentication with Okta and SAML2

Products such as PoliteMail’s add value to Microsoft tools and help users “make more-informed decisions about when and how to send compelling email messages,” states Mike Ammerlaan, director of Microsoft 365 Ecosystem marketing at Microsoft. Corp.
