Thesis, a digital agency that helps clients with email marketing and other activities, has acquired the assets of Bonfire Marketing, its fellow agency in Portland, Oregon, in what it says is a strategic move. Terms were not disclosed.
With this deal, Thesis gains a Fortune 100 information technology company based in Silicon Valley that utilizes Bonfire’s ABM services, the company says without naming the client.
The two agencies have collaborated several times.
The purchase allows Thesis, formerly known as eROI, to offer new capabilities while expanding its technology portfolio states Ryan Buchanan, CEO of Thesis.
Thesis says it will initially contract with all seven of Bonfire’s employees.
Bonfire started in email marketing, but has since grown into a full-service digital agency. However, it still offers email services.
