Stensul, Enterprise Email Platform, Snares $16 Million In Funding

Stensul Inc., an enterprise email creation platform, has raised $16 million in Series B funding. 

The round was led by USVP, with participation from Capital One Ventures, Peak State Ventures, and existing investors Javelin Venture Partners, Uncork Capital, First Round Capital and Lowercase Capital.

Also participating were several individuals, including Frederic Kerrest, co-founder and COO of Okta and Ryan Carlson, CMO of Okta.

The firm will use the money to for product development and to scale its go-to-market efforts aimed at enterprise organizations. 

Stensul aims to help firms add agile technology in their email creation process. 

Successful enterprise software companies “focus on a specific pain point and really nail it in terms of providing a solution to that need,” states Rick Lewis, general partner, USVP.
