Marketing tech firm Validity  has named Diane Gordon as its senior vice president of customer success. 

Gordon will lead Validity’s customer retention and customer support departments, and will work on other initiatives with CEO Mark Briggs and COO Mike Piispanen.

Previously, Gordon was vice president, customer success at Panorama Education. She has also served as chief customer officer at Brainshark and as chief customer officer at Bullhorn.

In addition, Gordon is a founding member of CHIEF, a private network that supports women executives.
