TBWA Worldwide is promoting Aliah Berman to Chief Diversity Officer, North America. 

Previously Berman was head of diversity, equity & inclusion at the network’s global experiential agency GMR Marketing, a role that she will retain.

In the new role, she will lead the vision, strategy and execution of TBWA’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts across the region working in partnership with the company’s North American offices and parent company Omnicom.

She replaces Doug Melville, who is leaving the company for a new role after eight years with TBWA.
