Jay Askinasi Rejoins Publicis Groupe As U.S. Growth Officer

Publicis Groupe is appointing Jay Askinasi as the network’s first U.S. Chief Growth Officer to oversee the connectivity of the Groupe’s data and tech solutions across creative, media, and digital operations.

He will work with all Publicis Groupe units in the U.S. to integrate its various capabilities, including Epsilon’s tech platform, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Media.

He is a familiar face at the company. Although most recently he was overseeing sales and strategy for AT&T’s Advanced Advertising business, Xandr, he previously served as president of Run, the ad-tech and data platform acquired by Publicis Groupe in 2014.

He will report to Arthur Sadoun, CEO. “We are thrilled to welcome back Jay within the Groupe,” states Sadoun. “Almost a year after the implementation of our country model there, our U.S. operations are demonstrating the strongest resilience in organic growth within the industry, thanks to our unique model.”

Sadoun added that with Askinasi’s appointment, “we are now accelerating on the execution of our roadmap to connect our best-in-class capabilities in data, creativity, media and technology to accelerate growth for our clients and ourselves.”
