IPG Mediabrands agency Initiative has promoted James Shoreland to CEO of its UK operation. He’s been with the agency for three years and was previously managing director and before that Chief Client Officer for Initiative UK and EMEA.

Prior to joining Intiative Shoreland was global managing director at Publicis Media’s Blue 449.
