ActiveCampaign, a customer experience automation provider, has named Dutta Satadip as chief customer officer, a new title at the company.

Satadip -- one of nine key executives to join the team in the past year -- will be responsible will be responsible for driving success for ActiveCampaign clients, and working on “customer engagement and support initiatives,” states Jason VandeBoom, founder and CEO of ActiveCampaign.  

Previously, Satadip led the global customer success team at Pinterest.

Prior to that, Satadip spent six years at Google, overseeing customer success, sales support and global product strategy. 

Satadip has also held management roles at Confirmit and Hewlett-Packard. 

The ActiveCampaign platform supports email marketing, marketing automation, CRM, and machine learning for powerful segmentation and personalization across social, email, messaging, chat and text, the company says.
