New Ogilvy CEO Andy Main is quickly putting his stamp on the agency’s global leadership team.
Last month, he poached McCann’s Devika Bulchandani to be the
agency’s CEO North America and Global Chairwoman of Advertising.
This week, Ogilvy added three more global leaders, all women, including Stacey Ryan-Cornelius as Global Chief Financial
Officer and Jag Dhanji as Global Chief People Officer. Julianna Richter has been appointed Global Chief Executive Officer of public relations and influence.
Ryan was previously
Global CFO-COO at sibling shop Geometry Global (soon to be VMLY&R
Commerce). At Ogilvy, she succeeds Steve Goldstein, who is retiring from the business and will stay on for a transition period through early 2021. She’ll report to Main and WPP CFO John
Rogers.

Dhanji joined Ogilvy in October 2017 as Chief Talent Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She’ll report to Main and WPP Chief People Officer Jacqui Canney. She takes
over for Brian Fetherstonhaugh, who is retiring but working with WPP in an advisory role.
Most recently, Richter was a partner at Waypoint Partners, a global growth advisory and M&A firm.
Earlier, she spent 17 years at Edelman, including a period as U.S. COO. In her new role, she will oversee Ogilvy’s global PR business, which spans reputation management, brand influence, C-suite
and advocacy, media influence and employee experience and will be responsible for growing Ogilvy’s PR and influence operations globally.
