VMLY&R Commerce Names Borde Global Creative Chief

Geometry, soon to be VMLY&R Commerce, has promoted Manuel Bordé to the role of Global Chief Creative Officer expanding his remit to include global creative responsibilities for the WPP end-to-end Creative Commerce Company. Prior to the promotion he served as CCO for Geometry’s North America region. 

Effective immediately, Bordé has responsibility for global creative strategy for VMLY&R Commerce to accelerate the delivery of “Creative Commerce at the intersection of physical, digital and social,” according to the agency. 

He is part of the team that will launch the new company working closely with Global CEO Beth Ann Kaminkow.  

Originally from Colombia, Bordé’s agency and client experience spans across categories having spent time at global network offices including TBWA, DDB and Ogilvy in markets like Dubai, Puerto Rico, Panama and Colombia.
