Personify, Inc., a provider of technology for associations and nonprofits, has acquired MemberClicks, a management platform for local organizations. Terms were not disclosed.

The goal is to provide groups with “a single platform of record to run their organizations,” states Scott Collison, CEO of Personify.

MemberClicks CEO Mark Sedgley will run sales and marketing for the combined company, reporting to Collison, Personify says. 

Claiming over 3,000 clients, MemberClicks specializes in serving small- to mid-sized groups, providing them with member-management technology. 

MemberClicks had been backed by Five Elms Capital and Level Equity. The company was advised by JMP Securities LLC. 

Personify is a Pamlico Capital portfolio company.
