R/GA has appointed Jacqueline Lovelock Managing Director, Healthcare. She’s tasked with spearheading a makeover of the agency’s existing practice which works with companies like AdventHealth, Cigna, and Evernorth, and others. 

Lovelock has spent much of the last decade in the healthcare industry. In her role at R/GA, she will focus on creating technology-led solutions to transform how modern healthcare brands connect with customers.

 “As healthcare changes dramatically, leaders in the space are seeking partners to help them innovate quickly by building new brands, designing new experiences and launching them into the world,” stated Sean Lyons, Global CEO of R/GA. “I look forward to growing our footprint in this space as we move into 2021.” 

The formation of R/GA’s dedicated healthcare practice comes after a series of consulting and brand design innovation work within the industry, most recently with Evernorth, a health services brand designed to unlock potential for businesses and employees.  Additionally, R/GA recently partnered with AdventHealth to redefine primary care through the development of Care Advocacy, a service that extends a provider’s ability to support patients on a continuous basis.  

Prior to joining R/GA, Lovelock served as senior vice president strategic planning director at FCB Health and the SVP/ experience strategy at McCann Health.
