CDP Leadspace Pulls In $46M In Growth Funding

Customer data platform Leadspace has raised $46 million in growth funding, led by JVP.

In addition, it has named Alex Yoder as CEO and JVP founder Erel Margalit as chairman of the board.

Most recently Yodel served as executive vice president of Analytics at Merkle.

Margalit was executive chairman of Leadspace.

Former CEO Doug Brewsher stepped down over a difference in strategic direction: He wanted to sell, while the owners and managers wanted to grow, according to a spokesperson.

Leadspace, which hopes to cut a swath out of the $10.3 billion customer data platform market, will use the funding to grow its team in Israel and the U.S.

“In the coming years, enterprise CDP will be established as a new category, using AI to obtain the true identity, title and roles of companies and individuals, creating true added value for clients," Margalit states.

Margalit says Leadspace has added such clients as  Salesforce, American Express and Zoom.
