Court Says GDPR's Territorial Scope Is Limited

The High Court of England & Wales, in the first case of its kind, ruled that GDPR did not apply to a U.S. publication that didn’t target UK or EU customers. The circumstances occurred prior to Brexit, but remain relevant.
