Identity marketing platform SheerID has named Anjanette Hill Mendoza as chief customer officer. 

Hill Mendoza will be responsible for providing a seamless customer experience across all channels, digital transformation and for the end-to-end consumer experience, reporting to CEO Jake Weatherly. 

Previously, Hill Mendoza was head of customer experience for DroneDeploy, and has also served at Glassdoor.
