Silvia Sparry, a nearly eight-year veteran of Xaxis, has been named its global COO, a newly created role at the GroupM unit.

Sparry, who most recently served as vice president of global operations and platforms of the GroupM unit, will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Xaxis offices in 47 markets worldwide.
