Following its acquisition of SpotX, finalized in April, sell-side advertising platform Magnite is reorganizing its management team, effective July 1.

SpotX CTO J. Allen Dove will become CTO of Magnite.

Dove will replace Magnite CTO Tom Kershaw, who is leaving for an opportunity outside of ad tech, according to Magnite.

SpotX COO Sean Buckley will become chief revenue officer for CTV.

Magnite CRO Joe Prusz will become CRO for Magnite’s DV+ online video and display business.

Adam Soroca, head of Magnite’s global buyer team, will become chief product officer, a newly created position.

SpotX’s former CEO, Mike Shehan, will continue with Magnite as a consultant through the end of the year.
