Elm Street Technology, LLC, a firm that provides email marketing
and other services for the real estate industry, has acquired OutboundEngine, an automation software company. Terms were not disclosed.
The firms hope to create a one-stop shop for all
aspects of real estate marketing, says Prem Luthra, president and CEO of Elm Street Technology.
"Not only does OutboundEngine's tech stack add an additional layer of opportunity for our
current real estate client-base, they also are focused on servicing a larger audience segment such as mortgage and lending," Luthra notes.
The acquisition also “complements and
expands” Elm Street’s Elevate, a platform that provides a single vendor and point of contact, the firm claims. Elevate helps marketers with email, IDX websites, lead generation
services, CRM, social, text and blog marketing automation, transaction management and recruiting and retention campaigns, it says.
This is Elm Street’s tenth acquisition since its
founding in 2016. The company. The others includeVoicePad, FlowROI, IDX Broker, eMerge, AgentJet, Listingbook, RLS2000, Morris Marketing / IXACTContact, and Consolidated Knowledge.
Early last
year, Elm Street formed a strategic partnership with Aquiline Capital Partners, a private investment firm.
This has enabled Elm Street Technology to accelerate its organic growth and to pursue
strategic acquisitions.
