Social analytics platform BrandTotal is extending its services directly to agencies for the first time with a new platform called BrandTotal For Agencies that offers real-time, granular visibility into the social advertising strategies and campaigns of a brand’s competitors. Up to now the service was only available to brands.
Among the charter agency clients is digital marketing firm Lippe Taylor. Earlier this year the agency helped Bayer launch a new topical pain relief product called AleveX.
In a statement, Alon Leibovich, CEO & Co-Founder, BrandTotal, said that social media intelligence “has always been a black box, with limited access to competitive advertising strategies and metrics.” The new service, he added, offers agencies a 360-degree view of their clients’ competitive category data to enable better strategy pivots in marketplace competition.
BrandTotal uses artificial intelligence to identify, aggregate and analyze marketing campaigns. It offers actionable insights on consumer advertising sentiment, consumer engagement with competitive ads, competitive media spend, and more.
