British Airways Shifts Creative, CRM From WPP To Uncommon

WPP reported stellar third-quarter numbers this week, but also received a bit of bad news on the account front. 

British Airways is moving its creative and CRM business to London-based Uncommon, after a formal review. 

WPP had the account for about four years. 

The review came shortly after the arrival of Tom Stevens to British Airways as head of brand and customer experience in May.
