Fluent Posts Q3 Net Loss On 10% Revenue Gain

New York-based performance marketing agency Fluent reported financial results for the third quarter today, which included a 10% year-over-year revenue gain to $85.9 million. The company reported a net loss of $2.5 million, versus net income of $1.2 million in the prior year period.

Q3 marked the start of a rejiggered management team after founder and CEO Ryan Schulke shifted to the role of Chief Strategy Officer, with Don Patrick assuming the position of Interim CEO.

“We are resolute in our focus on building higher quality digital experiences for consumers, creating more effective and sustainable customer acquisition solutions for marketers, and ultimately building enterprise value for our stakeholders,” stated Patrick.
