
Constant Contact has upgraded its digital marketing platform
to help small businesses create effective emails.
The purpose is to help small business leaders “translate customer actions into tailored communications — without
adding to their workload,” states Aditya Joshi, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Constant Contact.
Having gone through a rebranding in 2020 and a corporate change in 2021,
Constant reestablished itself as a standalone company —the firm is offering these Campaign Builder updates:
- Canva Integration, a partnership that allows Constant Contact
clients to create images using Canva's design tools and add them to their email campaigns without leaving Constant Contact.
- Expanded Vimeo Integration, enabling users to
create and distribute marketing videos, embed gifs in email campaigns and measure video performance.
- New Email Templates, including 200 that are predesigned and
mobile-friendly.
- Contextual subject line recommendations based on AI analysis.
- Marketing Automation Enhancements, including new behavioral triggers
and automated email campaign flows. users.
- Privacy Controls that allow customers to manage their personal data and maintain the privacy of their account.
