Spotler Group, a multi-national marketing technology provider, has acquired Purepromoter Limited, a UK-based B2C platform doing business as Pure360. Terms were not disclosed.
The Pure360 platform drives product recommendations, basket abandonment emails, website personalization, persona analytics, personalized journeys and loyalty programs, the firms say. It serves such clients as NHS, Whirlpool, Innocent Drinks, Kuoni, Gossard, and Blackwell’s.
The acquisition “supports our strategic revenue objectives, accelerates our geographic market expansion and the development of our omnichannel marketing automation platform for the UK e-commerce and B2C markets,” states Lee Chadwick, Spotler Group CEO:
Earlier this year Spotler Group acquired Squeezely, an omnichannel personalization platform.
The Spotler Group serves 2500 clients in eight European countries.
