S4 Capital has completed an M&A transaction to combine digital analytics and software engineering firm 4 Mile Analytics with its content division Media.Monks. Terms weren’t disclosed.
4 Mile Analytics was founded in 2017 by Nick Foger in Santa Cruz, CA and has expertise in data analytics, software engineering, UX design and project & product management. The company works with Fortune 500 brands to create custom data platforms and works with tech partners like Looker, Snowflake, Fivetran and Google Cloud.
With around 50 data specialists, the company had revenues of approximately $6.5 million last year and is targeting to double that in 2022, according to S4.
Separately, S4 said it is on target to exceed previously stated financial targets for the year. Full year 2021 results are scheduled to be announced March 18.
