Cincinnati-based agency Empower has appointed Brett Mowry senior vice president of Intelligence.   

Prior to Empower, Mowry held leadership positions across several global marketing agencies like OMD, Digitas and Wunderman.He has led marketing transformation efforts for brands such as Bank of America, Whirlpool and Disney. Earlier he served at consultant Price Waterhouse. 

His leadership team at Empower includes senior director of research Allison Reebie, senior director of advanced analytics Saad Chaudhary, and Shreya Agarwal, Associate Director of Media Analytics and Insights.
