Media auditing firm Ebiquity his morning announced preliminary double-digit growth for 2021, as well as the acquisition of Canada’s Forde & Semple Media Works.

Ebiquty said it will report year-over-year growth of 12% for 2021, when it releases its official full-year results on March 25, and said it benefited from “strong growth in higher margin digital media solutions revenue and continued prudent cost management."

Ebiquity did not disclose the terms of its Forde & Semple acquisition, but said it had revenue of $860,000 in 2021, and that it would extend its geographic coverage in North America.
