E*Trade, now part of Wall Street financial services firm
Morgan Stanley, has released a teaser spot for its upcoming Super Bowl ad which is being developed with its agency, MullenLowe New York.
The teaser is
titled “Monitor” and it debuted over the weekend on social media channels. It features two executives searching for a mysterious
character, who will be revealed live during Super Bowl LVI.
According to Morgan Stanley Wealth Management CMO Andrea Zaretsky, the spot is
designed to highlight how E*Trade sees its future taking shape now that it is part of Morgan Stanley, which acquired the online discount financial trading company in October 2020.
“As part of Morgan Stanley, E*TRADE clients can work with seasoned financial advisors, access in-depth analyst research, and participate in more
IPOs,” Zaretsky said. “We’re just getting started unlocking the value in this combination . . . We are at an inflection point that embraces our roots as a digital disruptor, now
enhanced as part of Morgan Stanley, and so as the teaser suggests we’ve reached out to an old friend to help us tell that story.”
