Digital-marketing agency SSDM hired
Tena Hermanceas director of agency experience. She is charged with improving agency processes to better align with expanded services
and facilitate collaborative client partnerships at the metro Detroit shop.
Hermanance was a former vice president and management supervisor at Campbell-Ewald and SVP-strategic brand leader at
Doner. She also led marketing and lead-generation efforts at Tenacity Marketing.
SSDM CEO-founder Nick Skislak, who worked with Hermance at Campbell-Ewald,
touted her understanding of the B2B marketplace, noting: "Tena's track record of client success is due to her ability to connect on a collaborative and strategic level."
