
Minneapolis-based creative
agency Mono has added five new leadership roles, including a COO post filled by Julie Vessel. She was previously Chief Talent Officer at the Statgwell-owned agency.
The new positions
were created to better manage a recent spate of new business wins including assignments from Molson Coors, HelpSystems and Rhythm Cannabis.
Four of the new positions were filled by promoting
current staff. In addition to Vessel they include Katie Riddle who was elevated to executive creative director from group creative director.
Melissa Mathei was upped to director of account
management, having previously served as group account director.

Kathleen Flanders was promoted to director of client
operations from group project leader.
Joining the agency is Suzy Langdell who will serve as director of business development. She was previously at Fallon where she was group account
director.
Mono is part of a Stagwell agency unit called The Alliance, which also includes Anomaly, digital shop YML, PR agency Hunter and healthcare agency Concentric Health Experiences. The
agencies bring different skill sets together to collaborate on client work and new business pitches.
