
Lincoln
is piloting a mobile vehicle spa program as well as introducing a personalized concierge program tied to its credit cards.
In collaboration with Get Spiffy, Inc., the program
offers interior and exterior detailing service as well as fuel fill-ups, at a customer’s preferred location. The automaker is testing it in Houston.
As the program
expands to other cities, users will be able to connect and schedule their vehicle detailing through the Lincoln Way App.
Meanwhile, the Lincoln Access Rewards Visa Card
includes a personalized concierge program, “Pursue Your Passions,” which rewards card members with curated experiences.
The Ford Motor Co. brand is expanding its
portfolio of services, which include a pickup and delivery service for dealer service, and testing new ways to help save customers’ time while creating unique moments for them, says Michael
Sprague, director, Lincoln North America.

Available to Lincoln Access Rewards Visa cardholders and Lincoln Black Label members, the concierge service is customized based on
location. Members can redeem their points for items such as locally roasted coffees or experiences like a guided tour of historic landmarks.

of engaging with our clients, providing experiences that go beyond the vehicle, and also a way for us to show our appreciation for choosing Lincoln,” Sprague says.
