Vimeo has integrated interactive video capabilities from Wirewax — which it acquired last November — with its video software workplace tools. 

The tools enable Vimeo platform users to produce rich video experiences, natively publish them across websites and social channels, and measure results, all from a single hub, according to the company. 

The new interactive capabilities include: a code-free video editor to create interactive videos; artificial intelligence-powered, hotspots to pin clickable elements to specific objects on the screen; customizable content and information overlays; giving users the ability to select multiple paths within a video; shoppable elements (including overlaying additional product information and "add to cart" buttons for shopping directly within a video); and comprehensive reporting and analytics (including sales, audience engagement and message retention, plus content optimization capabilities).
