CX automation firm ActiveCampaign is offering brands a tool for building custom workflows within an app without coding.
Clients can model data to their business needs and take action on it through automations, email personalization, lead generation forms and reporting the company says.
In addition, users can extend contracts and deals with their own data and perform other tasks “without needing API or developer knowledge,” states Jason VandeBoom, founder and CEO of ActiveCampaign.
Businesses can also connect with app integrations that leverage custom objects such as Salesforce, Zendesk Support, Calendly, DocuSign or Eventbrite, or they can build custom objects to support their own use case, ActiveCampaign states.
One client, Bonjoro, uses ActiveCampaign to “segment contacts based on their engagement with Bonjoro videos, and triggering automations using that data,” says Eric Melchor, partnership ambassador at Bonjoro.
In addition, Sales Studios is achieving results and feedback for CXA and says firms can do so whether using ActiveCampaign “primarily for email marketing, marketing automation or sales engagement,” states Luis Xavier, Email Marketing Specialist at Sales Studios.
In another development, Shounak Simlai came on board this quarter as VP of data strategy and business intelligence for ActiveCampaign.
