Constant Contact And Stripe Form An Integration

Digital marketing platform Constant Contact has formed an integration with financial infrastructure platform Stripe.

Millions of businesses that use Stripe will have access Constant Contact's marketing solutions inside their Stripe Dashboard, including templates, list growth tools and email performance analytics, the firm says. 

"Small businesses need time-saving tools that can help them reach customers without adding more work to their already full plates," states Ben Kaplan, VP of Product at Constant Contact. "Integrating with Stripe enables us to help solve this pain point for our customers by converting transactions into engagements.”

In turn, firms that use both Constant Contact and Stripe will see their customers' contact and transaction information automatically synced and customer segments generated, Constant Contact claims.

Companies use Stripe’s software and APIs to accept payments, send payouts, and manage their businesses online, the firm says on its website. 

Kaplan adds that when “someone makes a purchase through Stripe, small businesses can use the data about that customer to create more effective campaigns that build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business."

This follows the unveiling of Stripe Apps and the Stripe Apps Marketplace in May, featuring Constant Contact's integration.
