Worldcom has added Thomas Flood to its ranks. The company specializes in OOH, digital-out-of-home and programmatic media trading.
Flood has been tapped as managing director for the United States and Canada. His charge is to expand business in recently added markets in New York, Los Angeles and Chicago, as well as Toronto and Montreal.
He said Worldcom had "a corporate culture based on leveraging innovation, technology and a focus on outstanding client service."
Flood will be based in New York. The company is based in Miami, with existing centers in Europe and South America. The hire follows the appointment of Fernando Vizcaíno as General Manager at Worldcom OOH.
Previously, Flood held senior vice president/brand director roles with various companies, including United Franchise Group, Billups, Wilkins Media and Billboard Connection.
Worldcom clients include Mastercard, Havas, Ganador, Quiroga, Wabi, Diffupar, Santander, Remax, Rappi, Caia, Chile Visión, Unilever, Paramount +, inDriver, DIRECTV and Tucumán Turismo.
