Ampersand Automates Addressable TV Planning, Buying

Ad-sales tech platform Ampersand has launched automated functionality designed to streamline addressable TV workflow between buyers and sellers. 

The new capabilities standardize and automate steps to enable advertisers to reduce the time for audience creation, planning and buying, while preserving targeted brand safety specifications and measurement capabilities, according to Ampersand. 

They are currently available to Ampersand’s existing managed-service clients/partners, including Charter Communications, Comcast, Cox, Altice and Verizon. Collectively, those companies reach more than 70% of U.S. addressable households. 

Ampersand says it will add a self-service option “in the near future” that allows clients to plan and buy addressable TV directly.
