Publicis Groupe Acquires Personalization Platform Yieldify

Publicis Groupe has acquired Yieldify, a London-based mar-tech platform that helps ecommerce businesses better engage with their customers via personalized experiences. 

Publicis indicated that Yieldify will become part of Epsilon, and that its offerings will complement the Epsilon PeopleCloud to expand Epsilon’s presence in the mid-market ecommerce space. 

The Yieldify platform will also be integrated with Epsilon’s consumer identification database CORE ID. 

The Yieldify platform offers end-to-end website personalization based on comprehensive audience targeting and customer journey analytics.  It also supports custom design and creative.   

Initially, Yieldify will continue to retain its name and organization as it is integrated into Epsilon over time, the companies said. 

Yieldify serves hundreds of clients and supports e-commerce websites across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. In addition to the company’s London headquarters, Yieldify’s 90+ employees are spread across regional offices in New York, Sydney and Singapore.

Publicis was one of two holding companies to disclose commerce-related M&A deals this week. WPP confirmed its acquisition of New York-based Fenom Digital.
