Digital services firm West Monroe has named Jay
Herratti, CEO and executive director of TED Conferences LLC, to its Board of Directors.
Herratti joins Laurie Lovett on the board, becoming the second external member.
TED
Conferences is a not-for-profit conference and digital media organization.
Herratti will provide guidance as West Monroe pursues its strategy to become a major player in digital services
worldwide.
West Monroe restructured its governance in conjunction with MSD Private Capital’s 2021 investment in a 50% ownership stake.
