Denver-based digital media and data consultancy Adswerve
has appointed Roger Berdusco CEO. He succeeds founder Clint Tasset, who will continue as a member of the firm’s board.
Berdusco has been an Adswerve board member for the last four
years. Before that he was CEO of Triad Retail Media which WPP acquired in 2016 from two equity firms for $300 million.
Berdusco departed the firm in 2017 and WPP shuttered the operation
in 2020, citing the difficult market created by the pandemic. The firm had earlier lost Walmart, one of its biggest clients, which launched an in-house retail media operation.
Prior to
Triad, Berdusco served as CMO at both Conagra and Tropicana.
Commenting on Berdusco’s appointment Tasset said, “His customer-centric approach to the business makes him the
perfect organic fit.”
Adswerve has 275-plus employees with a client base of marketers, analysts and agencies that it works with to develop data-driven strategies.
