RP3 Preps NY Office Opening And Hires A New Chief Creative Officer

As it prepares to open an office in New York City, marketing agency RP3 has appointed Chris Dealy, Chief Creative Officer. In addition to the CCO role, the ad industry veteran will lead New York expansion effort.

The New York office will be RP3’s first office outside the Washington DC area. It is headquartered in Bethesda, MD.

Previously, Dealy worked at J. Walter Thompson, New York, as the global executive creative director leading accounts including Bayer, Kimberly Clark, Nestle Foods, Kleenex, and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Earlier he worked as an associate creative director at DDB New York and as a vice president/copywriter at McCann-Erickson.  Over the course of his career, he developed campaigns for clients including Sharpie Mini, Bloomberg, Xbox, Mastercard, and Wendy's.  

He comes to RP3 from communications agency Purple Strategies in Alexandria, VA, where he served as executive creative director for the past three years.  He replaces Dylan Bernd, who left the agency late last year for a new opportunity.

Dealy will become part of the agency’s executive leadership team and his responsibilities will include participating in the development of the agency’s overall strategic plan and other duties, including oversight of the agency’s production arm, known as The Content Lab.
