Creative agency Home has
appointed Steve Molnar as executive creative director and partner.
Molnar joins the independent Michigan agency as it expands nationally across arts, culture and nonprofits.
Previously, as executive creative director at OneTen Creative, Dish Network’s internal agency, he scaled the team from 20 to more than 80 creatives, while delivering over $720 million in
sales. He has also updated legacy brands for the digital era, such as bringing Frosted Flakes' Tony the Tiger, which debuted in 1952, into the social-media age. Earlier, he worked
at YMLY&R.
“Bringing a two-time Emmy-winning creative leader into partnership marks an inflection point for Home,” said Mariví Bryant, CEO. “Steve
doesn’t just elevate the work, he elevates the people behind it. His track record of creative excellence, combined with his commitment to coaching and building high-performing teams, is exactly
what this next chapter requires. We are not just growing; we are raising the bar.”

Molnar’s brand portfolio includes Sling TV, Boost Mobile, Kellogg’s, Cottonelle and Blue
Cross Blue Shield. He is also the founder of From Creative Chaos to Creative Director, a platform that mentors senior creatives into strategic leaders.
“After leading large
in-house and agency teams, I was looking for a place where creative ambition and values truly align,” said Molnar. “Home represents an opportunity to build something enduring.”
The agency, which has done work for Morgan Stanley, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Story Corps, also has offices in Florida, North Carolina and Arizona.
