OOH Capital Names Thomas As Partner

Philip Thomas has been named a partner at OOH Capital, a company that handles all aspects of out-of-home advertising.

OOH now accounts for 7% of the $600 billion global ad market.

Previously, the London-based Thomas was co-CEO of JCDecaux UK, coming on board in 20002 as CFO. During his tenure he managed key strategic acquisitions.

At JCDecaux, he was part of the management team that created the global supply-side programmatic trading platform, VIOOH, based in London, serving for three years as a non-executive director of its board.

Before joining JCDecaux he was part of the team that formed Tchibo Coffee in the UK as finance director and then as managing director.

OOH Capital advises OOH businesses, cities, real-estate trusts, retail businesses, financial institutions and tech suppliers on how to monetize the OOH landscape. It operates globally and also provides specialist advice on mergers and acquisitions and implementation for governments, local authorities and cities.

Tom Goddard, chairman of OOH Capital, said Thomas had “impeccable credentials and a proven track record.”
