Dentsu Group has
acquired Omega Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Consulting and its subsidiaries.
Omega is a Spanish company with more than 20 years of specialization in CRM and Marketing Services. The
consultancy will be folded into Dentsu’s data and analytics subsidiary Merkle to bolster its customer experience management offering.
In December Merkle acquired Aware Services in
Australia, a deal designed to bolster Merkle's existing Salesforce and data and analytics capabilities and help reach its goal of generating 50% of its revenues from Customer Transformation &
Technology.
The full Omega team will join Merkle, making it one of the largest CRM agencies in Spain, with more than 750 employees serving more than 400
clients, Dentsu said.
